• Strong experience in quantity take-off, measurement, and interim valuations.

• Proven knowledge of variation orders and cost control.

• Ability to prepare accurate project measurements and reports.

• Good coordination and communication skills with project teams and consultants.

• Cost Estimation Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost estimation for civil/villa construction projects.

• Strong expertise in BOQs preparation, quantity take-off, and project budgeting.

• Proficiency in estimation and costing software.

• Experience in preparing cost proposals and supporting tendering activities.

• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

• Pre tender and post Tendering exp

• HSE Officer (Civil)

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field.

• Valid HSE certification is mandatory.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles within civil construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of site safety regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.

• Ability to implement safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and safety training.

• Strong reporting, communication, and coordination skills.

• Site Engineer (Civil)

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering..

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in villa or building construction projects.

• Strong experience in site supervision, execution, and coordination.

• Ability to manage site activities in line with drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Authority Coordinator

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in authority coordination within construction projects.

• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.

• Strong experience coordinating with government authorities (Municipality, Traffic/TAMM, Utilities).
