• Document Controller

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1- Degree / Diploma with a minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field.

• 2- Must be fully conservant with MS Office Applications.

• 3- Knowledge of any online Document Control System will be an added advantage.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• He/she should have a basic understanding of Construction Projects and Documentation

• systems.

• Establishing a uniform referencing system while adhering to Company norms and

• requirements.

• Liaising with and distributing project-related information with the project team and potentially external parties.

• Assisting of Project Manager as needed.

• Ensure that quality documentation, such as documents, drawings, RFIs, and Incoming and Outgoing registers maintained.

• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.

• Adhere to the Company's Document lifecycle procedures, processes and as required by the

• Project Manager.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.
