PRODUCTION MANAGER (FISHING PROCESSING FACTORY)

Responsible for leading day to day operations of a processing location to drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction. Provides leadership to employees and ensures they have the proper tools to perform their job safely and efficiently



Qualification

Masters or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Operations Management. 7 10 years experience infood processing factory, operations and maintenance, engineering. understanding of mechanical equipment.
