• Document Controller

• for Abu Dhabi project

• Available in UAE & Immediate joining

• Minimum 4+ years of experience

• Maintain comprehensive Document Control System & perform all clerical works include filing,

• drafting letters, maintaining drawings log and other works being assigned from time to time.

• Civil Engineer (Preferable Arabic Language speaking):

• Highly skilled and experienced Engineer with a minimum of five years of relevant industry experience in shoring piling and construction work.

• Responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring their successful execution.

• Your expertise in shoring pile techniques and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

• Civil/Structural engineering calculations, plans, design, layout, and engineering portion of project proposals.

• Approved by Abu Dhabi Municipality and possess knowledge of the Abu Dhabi Authorities requirements and standards.

• Project Manager (with Fitout experience):

• Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Develop a detailed project schedule and weekly reports to monitor and track progress.

• Manage the relationship with the Client and all stakeholders.

• Knowledgeable with major Developers and Authorities requirements such as Abu Dhabi Municipality inspections and other testing 

• MEP Electrical Engineer:

• Main duties will be following up electrical ,

• low current , extra low current , audio visual , 

• data installations, as well have good knowledge of electrical system quantification for estimation 

• duties & 4-6 years GCC experience.

• Landscape Engineer (with UAE experience):

• Overseeing construction of landscape and irrigation projects distributing water to landscaping lands.

• Possess knowledge on designing and constructing installation of irrigation fixture and pumps.

• To be able to install fixture as per requirements specifications.

• Good coordination with Technical Team.

• Proven survey skills to be able to identify the on problems of soil drainage and conservation, applying knowledge of civil engineering.

• to be able to perform technical skills if required.

• Project Engineer (Structural):

• Perform structural design using Revit.

• Provide technical design expertise and services in all architectural design development processes.

• Must be Abu Dhabi Municipality Approved.

• Preferably into steel space frame.
