• As Van Salesman: 2 years

• LANGUAGE

• Malayalam (Preferred)

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or Bachelor degree

• 2+ years of relevant work experience as van salesman

• Fluency in Microsoft Office sulte (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills

• UAE General Trade market knowledge and experience.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Planning and Prioritization: Ensure systematic route wise planning of coverage and follow up of key priorities to achieve the route wise sales targets.

• 2. Availability: Ensure full availability of all products as per MSL (Must stock list) on the shelves at all times in all stores under coverage.

• 3. KPIs: Focus on achieving the KPIs which include Call compliance, Productivity, Unique Billing Efficiency (Effective Coverage ), Sales Per Call (Drop Size), Lines Per Call (LPC), New outlets expansion, etc.

• 4. Build close relations with the grocery customers through daily store visits and facilitate achievement of individual tasks and assignments related to customers in each route.

• 5. Ensure visibility of all products at eye level on the shelves at all times.

• 6. Track and report competition activity and present timely counter action proposals.

• 7. Analyze and review performance of van sales on a daily / weekly basis and take timely corrective action to achieve the monthly sales and collection targets.
