Position Available: Lead AC Technician
Skills/Competencies/Experience Required:
To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
1. ITI/Diploma Qualification:A technical qualification in HVAC or a related field is a must. Candidates with relevant certifications or vocational training programs will be preferred.
2. Immediate Availability: We are looking for candidates who are immediately available to join our team. Individuals holding Visit Visas or with visa cancellations are welcome to apply.
3. Experience in Facilities Management: Preferably, candidates should have 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in home maintenance within the facilities management industry. Experience in conducting HVAC repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks is highly desirable.
4. Proficiency in English Communication:Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. The ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely is crucial when interacting with clients and team members.
5. Valid UAE Driving License: Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is mandatory, as the role may require travel between different client sites for maintenance and repair work.
6. Age Criteria:Candidates should be 40 years old or below to be eligible for this position.1. ITI/Diploma Qualification:A technical qualification in HVAC or a related field is a must. Candidates with relevant certifications or vocational training programs will be preferred.
