About Company Profile :
- Charge Nurse - Cath Lab
- Oversee daily operations of the Cath Lab to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate patient flow, procedure scheduling, and staff assignments.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing and technical staff during procedures.
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor equipment, supplies, and readiness of procedure rooms.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Support staff development through mentoring, training, and performance feedback.
- Charge Nurse - GW Gynaecology
- Supervise daily nursing activities in the gynecology ward to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and bed management.
- Assign and oversee nursing staff duties, providing clinical guidance and support.
- Monitor patient conditions and ensure timely implementation of care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Maintain adequate supplies, equipment readiness, and proper documentation.
- Requirements:
- Valid DHA License or transferrable DOH/MOH License
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a charge nurse/team leader
