As an Equipment Operator, you will be at the very heart of our ground handling operations at Dubai International (DXB) or Dubai World Central (DWC), ensuring the seamless movement of aircraft, baggage, and cargo.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures, ensuring a secure working environment and promptly reporting any safety issues to the appropriate supervisor.

• Consistently follow departmental protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and daily operational requirements.

• Operate and inspect Ground Support Equipment (GSE) in accordance with training, operating manuals, and assigned duties, ensuring that the equipment remains safe and in good working condition.

• Assist airside operations by sorting, loading, and unloading baggage and cargo, which includes both bulk and unitised loads, across aircraft, ULDs, vehicles, and operational systems.

• Ensure the safe marshalling and movement of vehicles and equipment around aircraft and within busy operational zones.

• Position, organise, retrieve, store, and transfer dollies, trolleys, ULDs, baggage, cargo, and related documentation to meet operational needs.

• Conduct ramp operations, including the safe loading and unloading of aircraft according to load plans to facilitate efficient aircraft turnaround.

• Provide support for passenger ambulance handling and assist with equipment management tasks, including defect reporting, maintenance coordination, prioritising servicing, and returning equipment to operational status.
