- ASSISTANT MACHINE OPERATOR
- JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or technical certificate in mechanical or electrical field.
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operating wet area ma-chinery in a manufacturing or bottling plant.
- TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and pneumatic circuits.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and production instructions.
- PERSONAL SKILLS:
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team coordination and communication skills.
- Read and write English
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
- Physically fit to handle machine operations and minor repairs.
- WET AREA OPERATOR
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1. MACHINE OPERATION:
- Operate and monitor the filler, rinser, capper, and labeling machines in the wet area.
- Ensure smooth running of all equipment during production shifts.
- Perform machine changeovers and proper setup based on product requirements.
- Start up and shut down machines as per production schedules.
- 2. MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING:
- Conduct routine checks and basic preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
- Identify, report, and troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic issues in coordination with the maintenance team.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the machines and surrounding area in accordance with food safety standards.
- 3. COORDINATION & COMMUNICATION:
- Collaborate with other team members, including maintenance, quality, and production teams to ensure continuous operation.
- Report any malfunction
