• SCHOOL REGISTRATION & ADMISSION OFFICER

• Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the admission process, including application review, interviews, and eligibility assessment. 

• Accurately enter and maintain student data database, ensuring completeness with privacy regulations in the and compliance 

• Manage and update student records in the Electronic Student Information System (ESIS), ensuring data accuracy 

• Enter and update academic marks and performance data, collaborating with teachers to ensure accuracy 

• Prepare and process admission documentation, coordinate with departments, and assist with orientation programs. 

• Ensure adherence to educational policies and stand- ards, and prepare reports on admissions data and trends 

• Provide exceptional service to students and parents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly

• Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Education, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a school setting in Abu Dhabi. 

• Direct experience working with ADEK regulations is highly desirable.
