  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Answer customer calls and respond to their needs.

  • Identify the nature of the malfunction and communicate with relevant parties to provide the necessary service. 
  • Review contract terms and determine the feasibility of providing the service based on the customer's status (new, existing, member, etc.). 
  • Direct emergency technicians and tow trucks to the location of the malfunction and inform them of the issue. 
  • Follow up with the customer regarding any outstanding payments related to the service provided. 
  • Communicate with clients regarding any surveys or follow-ups related to customer satisfaction... 
  • Adhere to safety, environmental, and occupational health guidelines at the workplace. 
  • Perform any other duties within the scope of the job responsibilities.

  • Education: High School Diploma or Higher Diploma 
  • Field of Study: General or Technical
  • Certifications: Training courses in Contact Center Operations and Customer Service 
  • EXPERIENCE Years of Experience: 2-3 years
