• About the Role

• As a Sales Associate & Senior Sales Associate at WHSmith Stores, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and supporting smooth daily operations in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve store sales targets through excellent customer engagement.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience.

• Assist customers with product information, promotions, and purchases.

• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and follow cash-handling procedures.

• Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and product availability.

• Replenish stock and support inventory management activities.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are always maintained.

• Support stock receiving, stock counts, and inventory checks.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight schedules.

• Essential Requirements:

• Graduate or above

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Previous Experience:

• Sales Associate: Minimum 1 year of Retail, F&B or Hospitality experience.

• Retail experience will be considered an advantage.
