- Must demonstrate an excellent command of both written and spoken English, coupled with a friendly demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and effective writing capabilities.
- The individual in this role should maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations and represent the company in a positive and caring manner.
