Available Job Position
To provide general administrative services and/or secretarial support. This role is typically focussed on the completion of tasks and work routines which are semi-related. Interaction with contacts within other departments is routine and usually uncomplicated. The use of a computer is at a basic level and somewhat frequent.
- Warehouse & Logistics Senior Assistant (Position located in Dubai, UAE)
- Execute the daily operational tasks related to warehouse and logistics, including Goods Inwards, Main Stores, Sub Stores, Tool Stores, Line Maintenance Stores, Outstation Support, Business Support, and Spares Distribution sections as per the designated assignment.
- Perform warehouse and logistics functions such as receiving tools and materials, stocking items, picking/issuing/transferring/pre-loading items, checking tools in and out, delivering spares to specified locations, and managing Mobile Stores operations according to the assignment.
- Ensure that the assigned warehouse and logistics responsibilities are carried out efficiently and effectively within the established Service Level Agreement (SLA) to satisfy customer requirements and internal processing timelines. Collaborate with team members to help achieve sectional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM) at all times, while complying with safety and security policies and procedures.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and perform system transactions (using PC and Handheld Devices) related to warehouse and logistics activities as per the assigned section.
- Qualifications
- Completion of 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Engineering or Materials & Stores.
